Job Description: Director of Sales - SORASO Hospitality Technology Solution Location: Thailand (based in Thailand) Focus: International market: South East Asia Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as the Director of Sales for SORASO, a leading provider of hospitality technology solutions. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts for international market, driving revenue growth, and establishing SORASO as a market leader in the hospitality technology space. This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAAS business, hospitality solutions, sales budgeting, sales planning and strategy. You will report directly to the Managing Director and the CEO. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: 1.1 Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans, and tactics to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. 1.2 Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies. 1.3 Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 1.4 Design and implement a comprehensive sales plan, including target segments, key accounts, and pricing strategies. 2. Team Leadership and Management: 2.1 Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive individual and collective success. 2.2 Set clear performance expectations, establish KPIs, and regularly evaluate team members' performance. 2.3 Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and professional development. 3. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: 3.1 Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and collaboration. 3.2 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture leads, and expand the customer base in the hospitality sector. 3.3 Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns, promotional activities, and sales collateral. 4. Sales Operations and Reporting: 4.1 Oversee the sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, providing accurate and timely sales performance analysis and insights. 4.2 Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and drive efficient sales processes. 4.3 Regularly present sales performance updates, market trends, and business insights to the executive team. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the SAAS business, preferably in the hospitality technology solutions sector. 2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful sales teams. 3. Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and its technology requirements. 4. Exceptional strategic thinking, business planning, and sales strategy development skills. 5. Experience in sales budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. 6. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching, motivating, and developing team members. 7. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. 9. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 2. Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality technology solutions. 3. Experience working with cloud-based software solutions. 4. Sales and Support Manager
Job Description: Sales and Support Manager - SORASO Hospitality Technology Solution Location: Vietnam (based in Vietnam) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Support Manager for SORASO, a leading provider of hospitality technology solutions. As a Sales and Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales and support activities in Vietnam, promoting and selling our innovative technology solutions to hotels and hospitality businesses. Additionally, you will provide leadership, guidance, and exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction with our products and services. This position reports directly to the Managing Director, and you will manage a team of sales and support professionals. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Management: 1.1 Develop and execute the sales strategy and business development plan for Vietnam, in alignment with SORASO's overall objectives. 1.2 Manage the sales team and provide leadership, training, and support to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. 1.3 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential customers, creating a pipeline of qualified leads, and establishing strong relationships with key clients. 1.4 Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to drive sales strategies. 1.5 Oversee the preparation and delivery of product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals. 1.6 Collaborate with the Director of Business Development at SORASO's headquarters to align strategies and share best practices. 2. Support Management: 2.1 Ensure exceptional customer support by managing the support team, establishing service standards, and implementing effective processes and systems. 2.2 Serve as the escalation point for client inquiries, technical assistance, and product-related questions, and ensure timely resolution of issues. 2.3 Foster strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities to provide additional support or upsell/cross-sell products and services. 2.4 Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any software or system-related issues. 2.5 Oversee the planning and delivery of client training sessions to ensure proper utilization of our technology solutions. Requirements: 1. Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both spoken and written) is essential. 2. 3-5 years of experience in sales and support roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or hospitality technology solutions, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial capacity. 3. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, its operations, and technology requirements. 4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders. 6. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, and drive business growth in a competitive market. 7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8.
